After visiting my home state of Michigan, I wanted to help create an identity for my aunts tavern. My original plan was to take photography to help increase the content for her Yelp page, but soon after viewing the images, I was inspired to create a logo and website. The bar has been in our family for almost a decade but somehow managed to exist without a official logo. I knew this was my opportunity to help give back to the bar that helped host many of our family gatherings. My inspiration stemmed from 80's neon beer lights featured in the bar. I wanted the logo to contain modern and vintage elements, much like the decor throughout the interior of the bar.
